Information

Sweet Repeats Volunteers earn the
privilege of shopping before
consignors by working 5 hours before
or during the sale and a sorting shift
(usually between 2 and 3 hours) after
the sale. Use the link below to sign up
as a volunteer. Depending on the shift
you choose, you may have to select
more than one to get your 5 hours. We
created some shorter shifts for those
of you who need to break up your time.
Please also choose your sorting day.
If you need to change your day, you
may come back to the website and
select a new available date.
Other dates will be added as these
earlier dates fill up.

Volunteer shopping will be
Thursday, March 11th at 4:30 pm.

sure you sign up for 5
hours PLUS your
sorting shift on the
27th or 28th!

Volunteer Agreement

		We ask that our volunteers be
		consignors also. Exceptions will be made for new or expecting moms who have nothing to consign yet!
		Volunteers should work the full shift
		they sign up for. If an emergency occurs, we will help you find another time to work.
		Volunteers will work 5 hours before or
		during the sale, and a sorting shift after the sale. The sorting will either be Saturday or Sunday after the 1/2 price sale. At sorting we work until the assigned work for that shift is complete. Usually we get finished in less than 3 hours when we all work together.
		In the event a worker shops at the
		volunteer sale and does not fulfill their obligation or find a suitable replacement on their behalf, Sweet Repeats reserves the right to deduct 25% of the worker's consignor check. The volunteer will not be allowed to attend another Volunteer Preview Sale without working their make-up hours in advance.
		Workers should not bring children
		with them to work. Exceptions may be made for nursing infants during certain shifts, but please check with us in advance.
